Physical Products (Apparel/Prints)

1. Eligibility:
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
  • Sizing Issues: Exchanges available for unwashed/unworn apparel within 14 days.
2. Non-Eligible Items:
  • Customized/personalized products (e.g., hoodies with your requested embroidery).
  • Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable.”
 
3. Process:
 

1. Email support@paellicio.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (for damage claims

2. I’ll approve/deny within 48 hours and provide a return label if applicable.

 
3. Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 5 business days after I receive returned items.
 
Digital Products (Presets/NFTs)
  • No standard refunds due to immediate access.
  • Technical issues? Email me for support. I’ll replace defective files or troubleshoot compatibility issues.
 
Legal Compliance
  • EU/UK Customers: You retain statutory 14-day return rights for non-customized physical items, per EU Directive 2011/83.
  • Non-EU Customers: Policies follow Sellfy’s global guidelines and my discretion
