- Digital Products refers to non-tangible, downloadable items including but not limited to presets, templates, and other digital files.
- Order refers to a purchase transaction initiated by you for one or more Products.
- Content refers to all materials displayed or published on our Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs.
Store Ownership and Operation
Paellicio is the owner and operator of this Store, with fulfillment services provided by Sellfy. Our Store specializes in offering fine art photography-inspired merchandise and digital products that reflect Paellicio's signature moody, cinematic, and emotionally-driven aesthetic.

Physical Products
Our physical merchandise is produced, printed, and shipped on demand by Sellfy. Each item is created specifically for your order after purchase, using our original designs. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, please allow for slight variations in color, size, and appearance from what is displayed on your screen.
Digital Products
Our digital products include photography presets and other digital assets that reflect our signature artistic style. These products are delivered electronically and intended for personal use only.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our Products. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions and images precisely represent the actual Products. Colors, in particular, may appear differently on different screens.
Ordering and Payment
Ordering Process
To place an order, select your desired Products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide payment information and shipping details (for Physical Products).
Order Confirmation
Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it acknowledges that we have received your request to purchase.
Order Acceptance
Your order will be accepted when:
- For Physical Products: Sellfy begins processing your order for production
- For Digital Products: The download link is made available to you
Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
- The payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete
Prices and Taxes

Physical Products

Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered via download links sent to the email address provided at checkout. These links will be sent immediately after payment confirmation and will remain active for a limited time as specified at the time of purchase.

Physical Products

Digital Products
Digital Products are not eligible for refunds or returns due to their immediate delivery and inability to be "returned." However, we stand behind the quality of our products with a satisfaction guarantee. For customers in the European Union, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, with the exception of Digital Products that have been downloaded or accessed.
